Riverview Landscapes provides landscaping and snow services to thousands of customers throughout New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania and Massachusetts and has more than 500 employees. The company was founded in 2022 and is owned by Talus Holdings.

Peter Niro III will remain involved in a consulting role, while longtime All State general manager Mark Kozon will become branch manager of Riverview’s Greater Hartford operation, according to the announcement.

Kozon has been with All State since its founding 12 years ago and has worked alongside the Niro family since 1991, beginning his career under Niro’s father.
