Woman trapped in car between two trucks after horror Sydney crash

A woman in her 20s was trapped in a car which was crushed between two trucks after a horror crash on a Sydney motorway this morning.

The motorist was trapped for an hour on the M7 near the Light Horseman Interchange in Eastern Creek after the accident at 9am today.

Fire and Rescue NSW got her out and a CareFlight helicopter with a doctor on board landed on the road to treat the woman.

She was rushed to Westmead Hospital by NSW Ambulance in a stable condition.
