The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission has announced its winner for the 2025 python challenge.
With 60 pythons bagged, the hunter, Taylor Stanberry, was crowned the “Ultimate Grand Prize” winner.
WINK News spoke with Stanbury in 2020, when she and her husband, Rhett Stanberry, tackled a rattlesnake infestation in Golden Gate Estates.

The duo relocated eight rattlesnakes from the neighborhood. Regarding rattlesnake sightings, the Stanberry’s said the best thing you can do is go back inside and leave it alone. If it stays around longer than a day, they will come and remove it.
