After a week full of teases, the Dallas Mavericks officially revealed their 2025-26 regular season schedule on Thursday.
The Mavericks will open the season Oct. 22 by hosting San Antonio, will spend Christmas in San Francisco against the Warriors and will travel to Madison Square Garden to face the New York Knicks on Jan. 19, all of which were revealed earlier this week by the NBA.
Anthony Davis’ long-anticipated return to face the Los Angeles Lakers will come on Nov. 28, marking the first time he will play against his former team since he was shockingly traded to Dallas on Feb. 1.
No. 1 overall pick Cooper Flagg, who grew up a fan of the Boston Celtics as a native of Newport, Maine, will play at TD Garden for the first time on Friday, March 6.

The Mavericks’ four-game schedule for the NBA Cup was released on Wednesday, which is highlighted by their first matchup of the season against the Lakers. They will also travel to Memphis on Nov. 7, followed by home meetings against the LA Clippers on Nov. 14 and New Orleans Pelicans on Nov. 21.
Dallas’ regular season finale will be Sunday April 12 at home against the Chicago Bulls.
The Mavericks won’t have the same roster they did a season ago, with Flagg and D’Angelo Russell as new additions, along with two-way guards Ryan Nembhard and Miles Kelly (with Spencer Dinwiddie outgoing).
The Mavericks begin their preseason Oct. 6 in Fort Worth against the Oklahoma City Thunder.
