KERRVILLE, Texas — Dozens of people gathered in Kerrville on Thursday to remember those lost during the July 4th floods.
Lutheran Church Charities partnered with the Coming King Foundation to unveil the Hill Country Flood Memorial Wall in Kerrville.
The 160-foot wall honors the 137 lives lost during the devastating Fourth of July floods. Each cross along the wall bears the name of one of the victims lost that tragic night.
