SAN ANTONIO — A man was hospitalized after police say he was shot while sitting in a North Side parking lot and drove to a nearby food truck for help.
The shooting happened around 12:12 a.m. Sunday near Blanco Road and West Avenue.
Police say a man was meeting up with a girl nearby and pulled over into the parking lot to wait. While the man was waiting, an unknown vehicle pulled up and shot him, then sped off. The victim drove to a nearby food truck for help and was transported by EMS in stable condition.
No other injuries were reported and police are still looking for the suspect.
