BEXAR COUNTY, Texas — Two parents are being questioned after a 2-year-old child was found roaming alone in a neighborhood in South Bexar County, according to the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies responded to a child distress call Sunday morning before 11 a.m. in the 4100 block of Eutropic Circle near the intersection of Southton Pond and Calaveras Creek.
BCSO says the child was found roaming alone wearing a diaper. Child endangerment investigators are currently conducting interviews with the child’s mother and father.
The child was taken to the Children’s Hospital of San Antonio for medical evaluation precautions and Child Protective Services (CPS) have been notified, according to BCSO.
