PHOENIX — A Lowe’s store opened at a Maricopa shopping center on Tuesday and an ALDI grocer is set to join it once constructed.
Real estate company Thompson Thrift made the announcement of the 130,000-square-foot Lowe’s that will occupy land at South Bridge Marketplace. The ALDI building, which is a part of the second phase of the center, will be 54,000 square feet and begin construction later this year.
No timeline was provided for the ALDI store’s completion.
Einstein Bros. Bagels, Club Pilates, Eurowax and She Nails are other businesses that have signed leases at the center located at John Wayne Parkway and Honeycutt Avenue.
Thompson Thrift also recently began construction on South Tempe Square, a neighborhood shopping center at the northwest corner of Rural and Warner roads.
