Pharm., Ph.D. associate dean for professional practice at Skaggs School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences and chief pharmacy officer at UC San Diego Health; and Alexander Khalessi, M.D., chair of Neurological Surgery at UC San Diego Health.
