After seeing K-pop stars Rumi (Arden Cho), Mira (May Hong), and Zoey (Ji-young Yoo) sing their way to victory, fans now get the chance to experience the Honmoon in person. To celebrate the global sensation (currently Netflix’s most-watched animated original) K-Pop Demon Hunters: A Movie Party invites fans to join in and belt out the film’s hit songs!
As Polygon reports, this limited theatrical event will run for one weekend only, with screenings across the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the UK. In the U.S., fans can choose from four different sing-along versions, with select cities hosting screenings including Austin, San Antonio, New York, the Bay Area, Raleigh, Denver, Chicago, Boston, Naples, Dallas, the Twin Cities, Omaha, and of course, Los Angeles.
These parties include a live host, photo opportunities, official branded props, and exclusive giveaways. Fans can snag movie-themed items such as a HUNTR/X VIP badge, glow sticks, ramen cups featuring Rumi, Mira, or Zoey, greeting cards with Derpy and Sussie or Rujinu, fandom buttons for HUNTR/X or Saja Boys, stickers, photocards, and even a Soda-Pop lip balm.
The special screening will take place from Saturday, August 23 to Monday, August 25 at select theaters, and you can get your tickets here.
