Texas named among 10 most fun states in the US: WalletHub

HOUSTON – They say everything is bigger in Texas, and that’s why you don’t have to go very far to find things to do in Texas. Whatever your interests are, something is going on, and you’ll never get bored.

WalletHub confirmed that in a recent study to find “the most fun states in America.” Researchers looked at all 50 states and compared data ranging from movie costs, national parks, to nightlife options.

Texas ranked overall 8th most fun, between Washington and Minneapolis. The Lone Star State was also found to have the highest number of restaurants, movie theaters, amusement parks, and fitness centers per capita.

California, meanwhile, was ranked the most fun state, while West Virginia was ranked the very least.
