Cub Scout Pack 734 will hold its annual Recruitment Event on Sunday, Sept. 7 at 3 p.m. at the Carmel Valley Recreation Center (lower field), 3777 Townsgate Dr., San Diego, 92130.
The event is open to boys and girls in kindergarten through 5th grade and their families who are interested in Cub Scouting.
Kindergarten (Lion) and 1st grade (Tiger): Actively recruiting new Scouts and den leaders.
2nd–5th grades (Wolf, Bear, Webelos, Arrow of Light): Limited openings available.The program will include youth activities and a parent information session. Families will have the opportunity to meet Pack leaders and learn about membership.
Pack 734 is part of Scouting America and serves families in Del Mar, Encinitas, Solana Beach, and Carmel Valley. The Pack is chartered by the Optimist Club of Del Mar – Solana Beach and belongs to the Rancho San Luis Rey District of the San Diego-Imperial Council.
