Local personalities, cancer survivors, and models — including Fort Worth actress and ACS ambassador Sainty Nelsen — will walk the runway in Western looks from John Wayne Stock & Supply, Maverick Fine Western Wear, ML Leddy’s, Double D Ranch, Lucchese, and Diamonds Direct.
