A pedestrian has been struck by a CP freight train in Belleville.
The incident happened early Sunday morning, around 4 a.m. near the corner of Coleman and Dundas streets.
One patient was taken from the scene in an ambulance, but there is no information on their condition.
Level crossings are closed from Avonlough Road through to Foster Avenue until further notice. Other rail crossings remain open.
