SAN ANTONIO – The victim of an alleged murder-suicide that took place over the weekend has been identified by authorities.

On Monday, the Bexar County Medical Examiner’s Office identified 31-year-old Carlos Mora as being one of the two people found dead at the corner of Dewitt Avenue and Blue Wing Road.

His cause of death has been determined to be a gunshot wound, and his death has been ruled a homicide. Information on the other person found, a 60-year-old male, has yet to be released.

Police were called to the scene just before 8:30 a.m. on Sunday, when a family member found the two men dead from apparent gunshot wounds to the head.

Police are still investigating the circumstances of the shooting, however they said it appears the two men are father and son. Police believe one of the men shot the other, then turned the gun on himself.
