SAN ANTONIO — Authorities are asking your help in locating a suspect wanted for homicide on the city’s Westside.
On November 26, 2022, Ricardo Ortega, 30, was found fatally shot in the parking lot of a Walgreens on 4703 W. Commerce Street.
According to police, an argument broke out between Ortega and the suspect, who were parked next to each other. During the altercation, the suspect drew a handgun and shot Ortega. The suspect then fled the scene in a vehicle.
Ortega was pronounced dead at the scene from his injuries.
Police are urging anyone with information that could lead to the identification and location of the suspect or suspects involved to come forward.
