JSO issues Silver Alert issued for missing, endangered woman

Authorities are asking anyone with more information on Elaine Banks Douglas’ whereabouts to contact JSO at 904-630-0500.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A Silver Alert was issued for a missing and endangered woman on Saturday, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office.

Authorities say 76-year-old Elaine Banks Douglas has dementia and is believed to be driving a white 2010 Toyota Venza with a Florida JW020A tag.

Douglas is described to be 5-foot-3 with black hair, and officials say she was last seen wearing a white ball cap and dark colored shirt.
