Apartment fire on the Southeast Side

SAN ANTONIO – The San Antonio Fire Department is fighting a fire right now at the Spanish Crest Apartments on the Southeast Side.

It’s a 2-story apartment building at 416 Utopia Lane.

First responders are saying the apartment complex has been evacuated. A second alarm was requested as a precaution.

The main body of the fire is under control. No injuries have been reported.

Cause of the fire will be under investigation.
