Major crash on I-35 North in New Braunfels causes hours-long traffic delays

NEW BRAUNFELS, Texas — New Braunfels police responded to a vehicle crash on I-35 North at Exit 191 that is causing an hours long delay.

All traffic is being diverted onto the frontage road. The New Braunfels Police Department says the closure will likely last several hours while crews work to clean the roadway and traffic investigators process the scene.

Drivers should expect delays and are advised to take alternate routes, if possible.
