The Eagles are going green in more ways than one.
Eagles mascot Swoop, team cheerleaders and Eagles legend Vinny Curry joined school children in South Philly to kick off a community greening project.
Volunteers planted trees at the South Philadelphia Super Site at 10th and Bigler.
Meanwhile, students from D. Newlin Fell School ran football drills on the field.
