Bonds Ellis LLP announced that Elliott S. Garsek, a highly respected transactional attorney and founding partner of Barlow Garsek & Simon LLP, has joined the firm. Garsek brings more than five decades of experience advising clients in corporate, banking, real estate, and estate matters.
At Bonds Ellis, Garsek will serve as senior counsel in the firm’s transactional group, advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, real estate and finance transactions, estate planning, and general corporate matters.

After graduating from Washington University in 1971, Garsek earned his law degree from SMU.
