The Center for Mexican American Studies invites you to their Open House on Thursday, September 4!
Enjoy food, refreshments, and networking. Meet our faculty, associates, and staff. Discover our programs and Mexican American Student minors. Plus, engage with hispanic student organizations. This event is come-and-go as you please between 12:30 p.m. and 4 pm. See the schedule to get the most out of our Open House.
Location is outside at the patio. If there is inclement weather, it will be inside the Swft Center.
Schedule:
12:30 pm Pizza and salad, aguas frescas, and food to snack on throughout the day. Participate in our CMAS Scavenger Hunt. The Person with the most correct responses will win a prize. Tie breaker will be the allotted time submitted. 2 p.m. Show off your karaoke skillsDoor Prizes throughout the day
Parking and Directions: We have excellent parking. We are located on the corner of Summit Avenue and UTA Blvd. Please park on the side of Summit Avenue. If the parking spaces along the building are full, feel free to park at lot 24. Also, you can take the blue route Mav Mover that stops directly in front of the Swift Center CMAS Entrance. If you need a parking permit or need special assistance, please email cmas@uta.edu.
