ESPN analyst Ryan Clark is once again making headlines for the wrong reasons.

On Friday’s episode of “Get Up,” Clark and the rest of ESPN’s panel discussed the Dallas Cowboys’ loss to the Philadelphia Eagles. During a debate about CeeDee Lamb, who finished Thursday’s game with seven catches for 110 yards, Schrager made a few positive remarks that apparently didn’t sit well with his colleague.

“We shouldn’t do this on TV,” Clark said. “I apologize if people think this is rude — that’s the non-player in you.”

Schrager, who rose to prominence on NFL Network’s “Good Morning Football,” tried his best to hold his ground on national television.

“Stop. I’m not looking at fantasy football. Ryan, don’t belittle me like that,” Schrager replied. “I can come and say as three ex-players are saying one thing, and give an alternative perspective.”

As if that interaction wasn’t bad enough, Clark doubled down by making another snappy remark toward Schrager.

“What I need you to do is to not get mad and let me finish for one. It wasn’t about you, it was going to be about me.”

NFL world calling for Clark’s job.

Over the past few hours, countless people have ripped Clark for being disrespectful towards his colleague.

“This is cringe,” Bobby Burack of OutKick wrote. “Schrager has a reputation as being one of the hardest-working reporters. Yet, Ryan Clark belittles him on set over a disagreement. The last guy to disagree with Clark he shamed for marrying a white woman. At what point does ESPN fire him?”

“This is insane. Peter Schrager is one of the best NFL media personalities,” one person said.

“I can’t stand Ryan Clark, just cause you played at the highest level doesn’t mean you know better, there are countless former players across all networks that spew nonsense and show every single day that they have no idea what they’re talking about,” another person commented.

We highly doubt Clark will be disciplined by ESPN for this stunt, especially since the NFL season just started.

That being said, Clark could’ve handled this situation much better. There was no reason for him to disrespect Schrager like this.
