PHOENIX — An industrial warehouse encompassing more than 1.1 million square feet will soon be built in Glendale.
Kansas City-based VanTrust Real Estate announced the construction of the warehouse at an industrial park called VT303 North in a press release Tuesday.
It will be located on a 66-acre parcel of land on the southwest corner of Northern Avenue and Reems Road in Glendale.

VanTrust originally purchased the land in August 2023 and recently finalized the design for the site, which includes a 1,145,955-square-foot warehouse with parking for more than 600 cars and stalls for more than 380 trailers, according to the warehouse’s website.
The company said it targeted this location due to its access to Loop 303 and Northern Parkway, which will allow tenants to access more than 33 million consumers who live within a one-day drive.
This will be the third industrial park developed by VanTrust in the West Valley.
The company is also responsible for the VT303 complex, which contains two warehouses totaling 830,000 square feet at Sarival and Maryland avenues in Litchfield Park, and the VT101 complex, where two warehouses totaling 310,000 square feet have been built with plans for a third that will be more than 400,000 square feet.
“The Loop 303 corridor continues to establish itself as a premier industrial hub, and we’re excited to contribute another high-quality development that supports the growth and strength of this market,” VanTrust Senior Director of Development Jenna Borcherding said in the release.
VanTrust plans to break ground on VT303 North in December.
