A person was shot and killed early Sunday near Dallas Red Bird neighborhood, police said.
Officers responded to a shooting call in the 7500 block of Chaucer Place around 1:10 a.m., according to Dallas police.
Police determined the victim had been shot by an unidentified person, police said. The victim died at the scene.
The identity of the victim was not immediately disclosed.
