The chefs at AT&T Stadium will be cooking up new food and beverage options for Dallas Cowboys games this season.

Among the offerings are a Frito pie burger, a new burrito, an elote burger, dessert nachos and flatbread pizzas.

Executive Chef Marcelo Vasquez said Monday the lobster roll served in the premium seats is his favorite item this season.

“I like the lobster roll, really, because we buy lobster from Maine [and] we do a lot of special things. The actual bread comes from a local bakery, so it’s all fresh,” Vasquez said.

The Rowdy Dog—A Sonoran-style hot dog featuring a Nathan’s All Beef Frank wrapped in bacon and served on a brioche bun with candied jalapenos, pico de gallo, and a spicy crema. Available at: Specialty Dog Carts on Main Concourse.

The Elote Burger — A juicy beef patty on a brioche bun served with lettuce, tomato, pepperjack cheese and Flamin’ Hot® Elote. Available at: Vaqueros stands near sections 204, 229, 416, 446.

The Frito Pie Burger—This item is also new for the 2025 season. It consists of a juicy beef patty on a brioche bun topped with chili, cheddar cheese, Chili-Cheese Fritos and pico de gallo. It is available at Smoke House stands near sections 412 and 442.

The Texas Burrito—The Texas Burrito features the fans’ choice of chicken or beef, crispy French fries, guacamole, pico de gallo, queso fresco, and a spicy crema wrapped inside a locally sourced 17” flour tortilla. It is available at the Vaqueros stands near sections 204, 229, 416, and 446.

The Smoked Salmon BLT — Honey smoked salmon with bacon, arugula, heirloom tomato, avocado and chipotle aioli. Available at: Grab N Go Markets on Upper Concourse.

Dessert Nachos—For game day, enjoy delicious cinnamon-sugar-topped Dallas Cowboys stars with housemade strawberry and cream cheese dipping sauces. They are available at Grab N Go Markets on Upper Concourse.

There are a number of items from previous seasons that will also be available including Cowboys Star chicken Nuggets, the Pizza Burger, Ultimate Nachos, Cowboys Cheesesteak, Al Pastor Tacos, The Lineman Burrito, and Brisket Mac and Cheese Balls.

The new menu will be available when the Cowboys take on the Giants on Sunday, Sept. 14.
