Pullman Market will present its inaugural Smoke & Fire BBQ celebration, bringing together 10 celebrated pitmasters for an evening of live fire demonstrations, BBQ tastings, craft beverages, live music, entertainment, and more.
Pitmasters, each showcasing their own unique approach to barbecue, will include Esaul Ramos of of 2M Smokehouse; Ernest Servantes of Burnt Bean Company; Sean Wen, Andrew Ho, and Andrew Samia of of Curry Boys BBQ; John Bates of InterStellar BBQ; Kareem El-Ghayesh of KG BBQ; Shuai Wang of King BBQ; Ian Corral and Max Muñoz of Mezquite; Grant Pinkerton of Pinkerton’s Barbecue; Elliott and Nick Reese of Reese Bros BBQ; and Jason Dady and Laura Loomis of Two Bros BBQ Market.
