So, to get into the spirit of the Halloween season, here are the best haunted houses and attractions you can find around metro Phoenix for Halloween 2025.

Fear Farm

In case you didn’t hear the big news: Fear Farm is relocating for Halloween 2025.

Making the move from Glendale to Scottsdale, guests can expect “fresh horrors and a scream-filled journey” with all new themes for this year’s haunting.

This year’s main events include Descent into Darkness, Carnage 3D, Rise of the Kraken and The Blood Shed. Guests can also explore the Field of Fear Maze, Deadshot Alley zombie shooting range and the Phobia sensory overload experience.

General admission tickets include access to all haunted house attractions. Fast pass, skip the line and VIP options are also available.

Sanctum of Horror

If you’re prepared to experience “a breeding ground of evil,” then Sanctum of Horror may be right for you. Guests will travel through Lenore’s childhood home to relive her violent past, including the brutal murders of her family, before winding their way through an ancient graveyard and arriving at St. Charlotte Asylum.

Sanctum of Horror also includes the Breach, an experience centered around a military research facility, and Light’s On, which is a scare-free, actor-free, family-friendly haunted attraction.

General admission ($24.99) includes Sanctum of Horror and the Breach. Light’s On starts at $10.

Scarizona

For 2025, Scarizona in Mesa is offering up three brand new attractions. Guests can travel through Dr. Death’s Haunted ICU, try to survive Mayhem in the Madness and make their way through Startled Darkness.

13th Floor Haunted House

The 13th Floor Haunted House is back for 2025 with attractions including Shadows of the Undead, the Cellar and Echoes of the Abyss.

Guests will also have access to the Zombie Splat Gellyball Experience where you can shoot zombies — played by actors — with colored water balloons. Plus, there’s the Shipwreck Secret Bar, a horror-themed bar tucked away in a dark corner of 13th Floor.

Want to go again? The Respawn Pass lets guests go through the main attraction again to relive the scares and only costs $10.

Nightfall at Old Tucson

For 2025, Nightfall at Old Tucson is going to the circus with Dabney the Clown and his band of evil bretheren who will stop at nothing to inflict as much fear as possible.

Other haunted attractions include the Asylum and Inferno, plus “scare zones” Carnival Row, Witch of the West and Cult of Crows. There are six live shows including Dabney’s CarnEVIL and the Judgement, which is a musical game.

Tickets to Nightfall are timed and include parking. A Fun Pass starts at $69 and includes unlimited visits to Nightfall and the Christmastime event Yuletide, plus preferred parking and discounts on food, merch and games. An RIP Pass starts at $99 and includes a skip-the-line pass and other perks.
