PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Police have released new surveillance video in hopes of solving a six-year-old cold case murder.
Teahonda Wilkerson, 45, was shot and killed on the morning of Aug. 22, 2019, on North Millick Street near Arch Street.
She was found by police with a gunshot wound to her chest and died at the scene.
Before the shooting, video captured her being followed by a man wearing an all black outfit with paint splatters on his shorts, a dark colored hat and tan work boots with white socks.
