Dispute over parking turns violent with machete attack at Northwest Side home

SAN ANTONIO – A lot more questions than answers after two people end up in the hospital following an altercation on the Northwest Side.

The incident happened around 11 p.m. Sunday at a house off Valley Villa near Loop 1604.

Investigators say a man went to his next door neighbor’s to complain about where a car was parked. He apparently brought a machete-like knife.

Following an argument, officers say the suspect cut the victim on the face and arm.

The suspect also got cut on the hand.

Both were detained at the hospital for questioning.
