Brennan’s, 3300 Smith
Brennan’s Courtyard Bar is serving a high/low tower worthy of National Cheeseburger Day. The Full Tilt Hot Dog & Prime Brisket Smash Burger Tower, crafted in collaboration with Chris Shepherd, stacks mini hot dogs with Southern chow-chow alongside smash burger sliders topped with caramelized onion, pimento cheese, pickles and Comeback sauce, plus Creole fries, sweet potato waffle fries and Andouille queso for dipping. Grab the petite tower for $45 or the grand for $75.
Christian’s Tailgate, multiple locations
Christian’s Tailgate is celebrating National Cheeseburger Day with $10 Burger Baskets, featuring its award-winning 1/3-pound burger on a toasted bun with lettuce, tomato, pickles, onions, mayo and mustard, served with fries.
Jethro’s, 95 Tuam
Jethro’s usually runs the fan-favorite smashburger and fries combo for $7 until 7 p.m., but for National Cheeseburger Day, the deal goes late-night, available until 11 p.m.
Josephine’s, 318 Gray
Josephine’s is celebrating National Cheeseburger Day with the Sittin’ Sidewayz Cheeseburger ($18), a po’ boy–inspired creation made with 44 Farms ground beef, onion straws, burger sauce, American cheese and bread-and-butter pickles, fully dressed and served on Leidenheimer bread.

Molina’s Cantina’s secret-menu cheeseburger started as a kids’ favorite but now rules the grown-up menu. Stacked with double all-beef patties, melty American cheese and classic toppings, it’s served with fries and can be kicked up with complimentary housemade carrot escabeche.

Miami transplant Pincho isn’t shy when it comes to burgers, slinging Latin-inspired creations alongside the classics. Go big with the Texas-sized option — double smash patties for just $1.99 more — or dig into standouts like the Pincho Smash Burger with brioche, pickles and Pincho sauce, the Black Magic Truffle Burger with Swiss and black garlic truffle aioli, or the Toston Burger, which swaps buns for crispy fried plantains.There are vegetarian-friendly options, too.
