The team behind New York City‘s over-the-top Italian restaurant Bad Roman is adding an opulent Mexican restaurant to its lineup.

Quality Branded, the group that counts N.Y.C. hotspots such as Quality Italian, Don Angie, and Zou Zou’s under its umbrella, opened the splashy Limusina last week in Hudson Yards. The new locale, which fits right in with the brand’s maximalist streak, is a massive three-level ode to America’s southern neighbor—though its cuisine isn’t tied to one particular region, instead taking inspiration for their own take on the food, Eater reported.

And in the 5,000-square-foot restaurant, completed with bold chandeliers, vibrant red and brown hues, and striking marble slabs, you’ll be able to chow down on a variety of tidbits. Of course, you can indulge in the classic fresh guacamole and queso options, as well as a spicy tuna tartare, dress big rock oysters, and aquachile options ranging from red snapper to yellowtail. For mains, expect lobster al pastor, served with achiote butter and pineapple pico de gallo, grilled branzino with salsa verde de las islas, and whole red snapper tacos. And if you’re looking to stray away from seafood, there’s a long-bone short rib quesabirria and pork shank carnitas to be found on the menu, too.

As for spirits, look to beverage director Bryan Schneider’s creations, which include several Margaritas (including one with Mijenta Blanco, blood orange, and serrano spicy tincture) as well as a Tajin Martini and a Neon Negroni. For those with a sweet tooth, look to desserts crafted by pastry director Lucy Blanche, such as mangonada cheesecake and a lemon icebox cake.

Quality Branded hopped onto the scene in 2007; founders and father-son restauranters Alan and Michael Stillman started the brand as Fourth Wall Restaurants, which was then rebranded to today’s name in 2017. Besides its other restaurants, the group has plenty more on the docket. Next year, a Beverly Hills sibling will join the fray, expanding Quality Branded’s reach on the West Coast, according to Eater.

For now, though, Limusina is the new star. To snag a reservation at the Hudson Yards spot, head to the restaurant’s website now.
