Jacksonville man accused in child exploitation investigation

JACKSONVILLE, Texas (KLTV) – A joint investigation between Jacksonville police and Nebraska authorities has landed a man in jail in connection with child exploitation allegations.

Jacksonville police arrested James Bruce Gragg, 68, of Jacksonville, at 11:19 a.m. on Thursday in the 900 block of Forest Trail.

The arrest is part of a joint investigation with the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office in Nebraska.

Gragg is charged with possession of child pornography and distribution of harmful material to a minor. More charges are expected.

Police will not release more details on the allegations.
