JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A deadly crash has shut down all southbound lanes of the Buckman Bridge headed toward Mandarin as rush hour builds.
Traffic is being diverted onto U.S. 17.
Emergency vehicles could be seen on the bridge, and the Florida Highway Patrol had the crash listed as a fatality.
FHP said the crash involved two vehicles, and one person was confirmed dead. The crash was first reported around 6:30 a.m. Monday.
