SAN ANTONIO – A man has been arrested for allegedly taking photos of women without their consent in a local Target and possessing child pornography.

Enrique Martinez IV, 21, has been arrested after court documents say he was caught taking photos of women inside a Target store in the Forum and attempted to run away.

The incident took place back in March of 2025, when a juvenile girl saw Martinez take photos under the skirt of a woman without her consent. The girl told the woman what was happening when Martinez allegedly fled the scene.

Surveillance footage inside the Target showed Martinez taking the photos and the car he fled in, which caught a partial license plate that was able to be traced back to Martinez.

In July, authorities located Martinez at his job site downtown to question his involvement in the incident, to which he repeatedly said, “No comment.”

A search of his phone found over 6,000 videos and 106,000 photos of women’s bodies. There were also numerous videos of women using public bathrooms, presumably without their consent to be recorded. Further investigation found numerous Telegram messages containing child pornography.

Martinez was arrested on Tuesday.
