Tyson Fury is stepping into the ring for a new role: father-in-law.

The pro boxer’s 16-year-old daughter Venezuela—whom he shares with wife Paris Fury—announced she is engaged to Noah Price, offering a glimpse of her diamond engagement ring on social media.

“We are gettin married,” she wrote on Instagram Sept. 27 alongside a close-up shot of her round-cut sparkler, adding that she was “so happy.”

The proposal was made even more memorable as it appeared to take place earlier that day at a birthday party celebrating the teen’s sweet sixteen.

In a video of her daughter’s big moment posted on Paris’ Instagram page, Noah—who wore a red polo shirt and dark pants—got down on one knee in the middle of a dance floor as the couple giggled to one another. After accepting the proposal, the bride-to-be—clad in a sparking white crop top and matching skirt—hugged her fiancé before he planted a kiss on her cheek.

The 35-year-old added that she and Tyson, 37, “couldn’t be prouder” of their firstborn.

Of course, Paris and Tyson’s love story began in a similar fashion. After meeting when she was 15 and he was 17, they wed in November 2008—just weeks before Paris’ 19th birthday. Years later, Tyson still views his wife as his “biggest mentor.”

“Without her, I would have probably went AWOL a long time ago,” the athlete said on The Overlap in September 2021. “I’ve been AWOL anyway plenty of times but I’ve always had that loving wife relationship, sort of the backbone.”

Alongside the clip, Paris—who also shares kids Prince John James, 14, Prince Tyson II, 9, Valencia, 7, Prince Adonis Amaziah, 6, Athena, 4, and Rico, 2, with Tyson—acknowledged the newly-engaged couple’s young age while making it clear she was fully supportive of her daughter’s next chapter.

“Both only young but when you know you know!” Paris captioned the post. “Still in shock but very happy for you both.”
