The Bears do not play on Sunday, enjoying the bye week after a 2-2 start to the season has them tied for third in the very competitive NFC North behind the Detroit Lions (3-1) and Green Bay Packers (2-1-1) and tied with the Minnesota Vikings (2-2).

Do the Bears play today?
No. The Bears do not play today or this week for that matter. They are on a bye week after having won their last two games. First-year coach Ben Johnson has the Bears winning, and second-year quarterback Caleb Williams is completing 62 percent of his passes for 927 yards, eight touchdowns and two interceptions.
The Bears join three other teams on a bye, the Atlanta Falcons, Green Bay Packers and Pittsburgh Steelers. This is the first week with byes this season. The latest bye week is Week 14, when four teams are off.
