Shawn & Andrew East face grueling boot camp on ‘World’s Toughest Test’
Olympian Shawn Johnson East and former NFL player Andrew East put their marriage to the test on Fox’s “Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test.”
“Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test” Season 4 will return with a new episode on Oct. 2 after nearly all of the celebrity recruits made it through last week’s premiere.
The reality competition show follows a group of famous contestants – known as recruits – as they endure challenges inspired by real military selection courses. This season, the group of 18 recruits includes television personalities, influencers and former professional athletes.
They are coached by a roster of actual special forces veterans including Rudy Reyes, Jovon “Q” Quarles, Jason “Foxy” Fox and Mark “Billy” Billingham.
In the Sept. 25 premiere episode, the recruits arrived in Morocco, where they were tasked with repelling out of a military helicopter then transporting heavy supplies across the desert. One recruit voluntary withdrew from the competition before the end of the episode.

How to watch ‘Special Forces’ Season 4
New episodes of “Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test” will air on Fox. They will be available to stream next day on Hulu.
Hulu has several streaming plans to choose from, including ad-supported and ad-free versions. The standalone plan with ads currently costs $9.99/month or $99.99/year, but will increase to $11.99/month or $119.99/year on Oct. 21. The ad-free version costs $18.99/month.

Who went home on ‘Special Forces’ last week?
During the Season 4 premiere episode, only one recruit left the course.
Brittany Cartwright, a television personality known for appearing on “Vanderpump Rules” and “The Valley,” voluntarily withdrew from the competition. She grew tired during a challenge involving moving heavy supplies across the desert and opted not to continue on the course.

For the first time, Season 4 features married couples and family members competing alongside each other.
Eric Decker and Jessie James Decker and Andrew East and Shawn Johnson East are the two couples featured this season. “Real Housewives” star Teresa Giudice is also running the course with her daughter, Gia Giudice.
