UNIVERSITY PARK — Tipoff times and television broadcast designations have been set for the 2025-26 Penn State men’s basketball season, as announced by the Big Ten Tuesday afternoon.

Penn State is set to appear on Big Ten Network, Fox Sports 1, Peacock and truTV throughout the regular season. Every televised game on the Big Ten Network and FS1 can be streamed nation-wide via the web, smartphones, tablets and connected devices on the FOX Sports app. Peacock, the streaming service of NBC, features select, premium and premium plus plans, starting at $8 a month.

The Nittany Lions enter their third season under coach Mike Rhoades this season. Rhoades welcomes back key returnees, a top-30 recruiting class and experienced international players for the season.

Rhoades orchestrated the highest-scoring offense in Penn State history last year as the Nittany Lions set a single-season program record with 79.1 points per game during his second season at the helm.

The Nittany Lions have six games that will appear on Fox Sports 1 this season to go with five on Peacock, one on truTV and 13 for the Big Ten Network.

The season begins on Monday, Nov. 3, at home against Fairfield with a game on the Big Ten Network. For a complete schedule, go to the men’s basketball web page.

Lady Lions

The Big Ten Conference published its television designations for the 2025-26 campaign for the Lady Lions, who have been selected to appear on national television via the Big Ten Network or Peacock eight times throughout the regular season.

Four of Penn State’s home contest and four away matchups were selected for the national spotlight.

The Lady Lions start their slate of TV games at home against Arizona State on Tuesday, Dec. 9, tipoff is set for 7 p.m. Penn State will have three back-to-back games on television beginning with its Dec. 28 contest at Iowa at 4 p.m.

PSU will then make its first appearance on Peacock for the UCLA matchup on Dec. 31 at 2 p.m. followed by a Big Ten Network designation at Wisconsin on Jan. 4 at 4 p.m. The Lady Lions will play host to Illinois on Jan. 11 for another Big Ten Network contest slated for 3 p.m. to close out the January television schedule.

The Lady Lions are scheduled for a trio of TV games in February, tipping off with a border state rival clash against Maryland on Feb. 12 on Peacock. The contest in College Park is set to tip off at 7 p.m. The final games in the regular season to be selected for BTN coverage are a home dual against Northwestern on Feb. 15 at 4 p.m. and a road test at Rutgers on Feb. 21 at 4 p.m.

The rest of the Lady Lions regular season home games will be available to stream on Big Ten Plus with times to be announced at a later date.
