PHOENIX (AZFamily) — A man is in custody after allegedly shooting and killing another man in Phoenix earlier this month, according to the Phoenix Police Department.
After interviewing several witnesses and reviewing extensive surveillance footage, detectives were able to track down 39-year-old Pablo Terrazas in Maryvale.
On Tuesday, police found Terrazas, but he briefly ran from law enforcement.After being taken into custody, he was taken to police headquarters for questioning and was later booked into jail.
He is facing murder charges and resisting arrest, and his mugshot was not immediately available.
The shooting happened in the early morning hours of Oct. 4. Police responded to the area of 37th Drive and McDowell Road for reports of an injured person.
When they arrived, they found 27-year-old Bryan Desjone Richmond suffering from at least one gunshot wound, and he died at the scene.
