PHOENIX (AZFamily) — A rollover crash involving a Phoenix Police Department vehicle hospitalized two officers and an arrestee on Saturday.

The two-vehicle crash happened just before 12:30 p.m. near 7th Avenue and Grant Street, not far from downtown Phoenix.
Authorities confirmed two Phoenix police officers, identified only as a man and a woman suffered minor injuries but were taken to the hospital. The passenger in police custody had serious but non-life-threatening injuries, according to Phoenix PD.
The other driver involved wasn’t hurt. At this point, police do not suspect impairment as a factor in the wreck.
Arizona’s Family crews on the scene saw a police vehicle rolled over on its roof. Police were seen standing around another seemingly involved vehicle.
The roadway will be closed while the investigation continues.
