The roster for the 2026 edition of the annual ‘Sick New World‘ festival is expected to be revealed tomorrow, October 21st. That announcement follows months of teasing, with recent advertisements unveiling that next year’s comeback will be held in two cities.

In addition to returning to the Las Vegas Festival Grounds in Las Vegas, NV on April 25th, the fest is also scheduled to make its first-ever stop in Fort Worth, TX on October 24th. A new teaser issued by the event today, October 20th, seems to confirm the involvement of three obvious artist bookings.

Music from the likes of expected headliners System Of A Down, as well as pioneering nü-metal outfit Korn and alternative metal favorites Deftones can be heard in that clip. All three of those bands are also clients of Velvet Hammer management, whose founder David “Beno” Benveniste is a co-founder of the ‘Sick New World‘ festival.

The roster won’t be solely dedicated to late 90s and early aughts nostalgia however, as Theprp.com has heard rumblings of artists from various walks of heavy metal being involved in the bill as well. Meanwhile, this past weekend’s ‘When We Were Young‘ festival at the Las Vegas Festival Grounds featured this nostalgic art installation, which showcasing some late 90s and early 00s ephemera, along with albums and artwork from select artists.

Outside of the aforementioned trio of bands featured in the teaser, Bring Me The Horizon and what seems like a hint at Gojira were also included. The admat for a past edition of ‘Sick New World‘ was a part of that showcase as well. Both of the festivals mentioned above at presented by Live Nation Entertainment.
