PHOENIX (AZFamily) — Three men are facing a murder charge after police said a man was found shot and killed in central Phoenix over the weekend.
Phoenix police said Friday that three arrests were made in connection with the death of 32-year-old Eric Gutierrez.

Police identified the suspects as Nelvin Romero-Alonzo, 33; Kevin Juarez-Rivas, 20; and Carlos Perez-Rodas, 29. Jail records showed all three were booked into the Maricopa County jail on a first-degree murder charge.
Authorities haven’t said what led up to the shooting that happened around 3:30 p.m. last Sunday near 23rd Avenue and Buckeye Road. Officers said they were responding to a shots fired call and arrived to find Gutierrez dead at the scene.
