PHOENIX — An overnight crash on Interstate 10 westbound in Phoenix caused delays Thursday.

According to Arizona DPS, the I-10 several westbound lanes were closed near 16th Street as authorities investigated the scene.

No official details about the crash and victims have been released, but workers from the medical examiner’s office were on scene.

Several lanes, including the 202 ramp, appeared to be reopened around 5 a.m. A few left lanes remained restricted as officials completed the crash investigation.
