PHOENIX (AZFamily) — A technology superstore is headed to the Valley with its first-ever location in Arizona!
Micro Center is set to open its newest store near 44th Street and Thomas Road in Phoenix with a Grand Opening on Nov. 7.
The store will include “35,000 square feet of cutting-edge tech, expert service, and hands-on innovation,” the company says. It will be Micro Center’s 30th store in the country.
“We are incredibly excited to bring Micro Center to Phoenix,” said Rick Mershad, CEO of Micro Center. “Phoenix is a fantastic city for technology and innovation, and we look forward to supporting everyone from tech professionals and gamers to creators and DIY enthusiasts.”

Micro Center’s immersive shopping experience provides everything for its customers’ high-quality technology needs, from tech professionals to gamers and content creators. Customers can get hands-on experience with the newest technology.
The Phoenix location will sell over 20,000 tech products, including high-performance computing systems, CPUs and GPUs, AI PC hardware and networking solutions. It will also have a Knowledge Bar to provide in-store support for building, upgrading and repairing computer systems, as well as offering same-day repairs.
The company says the new store is bringing 100 new jobs to the Valley.
Those who registered for Micro Center’s “VIP Days” will get early access to the new store on Nov. 5 and 6. The last say to sign up for the VIP Days is Oct. 30.
The Grand Opening on Nov. 7 will host influencers, live PC builds, vendor booths, demos and free gifts, including a Micro Center-branded mug. Those in line early could also receive additional gifts.
