HARRIS COUNTY, Texas – Authorities say a 2-year-old has died after being hit by a vehicle at a Harris County apartment complex.
The Harris County Sheriff’s Office said it happened at a complex at 14340 Wallisville Road in the eastern part of Harris County.
The toddler was taken to a hospital in critical condition. The 2-year-old was later pronounced dead.
The driver of the striking vehicle stayed at the scene, according to authorities.
