PHOENIX (AZFamily) — A bus that entered the freeway the wrong way caused a closure on Interstate 10 in west Phoenix on Monday morning.
The accordion-style bus was seen going onto I-10 from the 79th Avenue off-ramp just after 7 a.m. The bus driver made a mistake, and impairment is not suspected, according to the Arizona Department of Public Safety.
Crews briefly closed the eastbound I-10 to get the bus going the right way.
