Dallas police have made an arrest in a shooting that left a 30-year-old man dead.

Dallas police previously said that at 7:50 p.m. Oct. 16, police responded to the 3900 block of Investor Drive in response to a shooting. Andrew Harris, 30, was found shot at the location.

He was taken to the hospital, where he died. Dallas police on Friday said Mike Evans, 19, now faces a murder charge in the shooting. Evans had been in jail since Saturday on an aggravated assault charge.

Evans was still in custody as of Friday, with bond set at $20,000 for the assault charge. Bond has not been set on the murder charge.
