Houston police said the victim was walking down the street when a speeding truck hit him and kept going.
HOUSTON — Police are looking for the driver of a red pickup truck they said fatally hit a man who was attending a party in Houston’s south side early Sunday morning.
The crash happened just before 1 a.m. on Kassarine Pass in the South Park area.
The Houston Police Department said the victim was walking down the street when a red GMC truck speeding down the road hit him and kept driving. The man was rushed to a hospital, where he died from his injuries.
Police said the truck may have sustained damage to its undercarriage and to its front end. If you have any information about the vehicle or its driver, you’re asked to contact Houston police.
HPD said they could not identify the victim at this time.
