Now that Chicago has had its first snow of the season, the season of exploring outdoor farmers markets has officially drawn to a close.

Luckily for city dwellers, our favorite summer pastime moves indoors for the winter!

Wether you’re on the hunt for locally grown produce, vintage clothing, or handmade decor, these indoor farmers markets in Chicago have you covered all season long.

The South Loop Farmer’s Market is returning to Water Tower Place this January, with more than 75 regional vendors offering farm-fresh produce, artisan cheeses and meats, lunch options, and much more.

Guests will also enjoy live entertainment, workshops, kid-friendly activities, pet photo stations, and other attractions.

When: Sundays, 12pm – 4pm | January 11 – March 29, 2026

The Wicker Park Farmers Market is back this winter at Royal Palms Shuffleboard Club on select Sundays.

Guests can expect all their favorite organic food options and other locally sourced goodies along with endless shuffleboard fun.

Dates are as follows:

  • December – 7, 14, 28
  • January – 4, 18
  • February – 1, 15
  • March – 1, 15, and 29

When: Select Sundays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Green City Market is bringing the best regionally-sourced, farm fresh food to Rockwell on the River in Avondale beginning this December.

The market works to expanded fresh food access across Chicago and spotlight local growers making a difference.

When: Saturday, December 6; additional select Saturdays through March 21, 2026 | 8 a.m. to 1p.m.

One of Chicago’s most popular summer markets, the Logan Square Farmers Market is moving indoors once again this winter.

Dozens of vendors will be on-site throughout the season, selling all your favorite organic and custom made goods.
